The KING of massage!

This is Ingrid's favourite massage style. It is unlike other massages!

Clients experiencing this massage for the 1st time usually express wonder that a massage can leave them feeling so deeply nurtured.

Slow Temple Style massage is unique in a number of respects. It is a flowing whole body massage where Ingrid uses her arms and hands in long flowing strokes along and under the length of the body. Stretches, under bodywork and deep tissue techniques all contribute to a unique healing massage, leaving you feeling completely relaxed, whole again and nourished.

The under bodywork of this massage is like nothing else! The hands glide both under and over the body simultaneously. You just need to experience it!

If you need a firmer massage, this massage is for you. It can also be lighter for those that prefer.

2.5 hours is is recommended to experience this massage fully. The time will fly, and you won't want it to end!

Heartworks

This healing massage is rhythmic and flowing, deeply relaxing and suitable for everyone. Whilst it may also use the forearm of the practitioner, it mainly uses palms/hands in long flowing movements and also targeted techniques along the length of the body. 

If you prefer light/ medium pressure, this massage is for you.

This form of bodywork will leave you completely relaxed!

*Whilst Ingrid will provide this massage on request, her preferred massage is the Slow Temple Style - because it is unlike other massages and is a massage she wants everyone to experience!

Hot Stones

If you’ve never had a hot stone massage, or, like me, thought it was just a massage where stones were placed randomly on your body, give yourself a treat and try it!

This massage combines the flowing strokes of the lomi lomi massage with heated oil and smooth, precisely heated stones. The stones glide slowly over your body, warming and soothing to penetrate deeper into your muscle tissue. The hot stones provide an added layer of bliss to the lomi lomi massage.

*If you prefer a deeper or more firm massage, the Slow Temple Style massage will be more suitable.

2 hours minimum is needed to get the most from this beautiful experience.
